环境：cognos8,iis,windows 2000 server

错误提示：

cognos 8 framework manager 中开一个project 报Unable to access service at URL:

http://localhost:80/cognos8/cgi-bin/cognos.cgi?b_action=xts.run&m=portal/close.xts

Please check that your gateway URI information is configured correctly and that the service is available.

For further information please contact your service administrator.

解决办法：

第一种：打开iis，相关的web站点属性ip地址改为(全部未分配)

第二种：打开cognos configration，修改gateway URI  将http://localhost:80/cognos8/cgi-bin/cognos.cgi?b_action=xts.run&m=portal/close.xts 中的localhost替换成实际的ip地址
